Cairo – Mubasher: Chestertons International, one of the world's leading property consultancies, announced its affiliation agreement with one of the leading Egyptian real estate consultancies, Gemini for Real Estate Brokerage.

Besides launching operations in Egypt, Chestertons will create and implement concrete steps towards the integration of the next stage of brokerage standards in Egypt and provide an exceptional customer experience, according to a press release on Monday.

Established in 1805 by Charles Chesterton, Chestertons has mainly been based in London but has expanded into international markets with offices across the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Gemini for Real Estate Brokerage was founded in 2021 and since has become one of the leading brokerage firms in Egypt, with properties spanning the entirety of the country. The firm works with top-tier developers in the market, including Ora Developers Egypt, O-West, Sodic, MSquared, and Palm Hills.  

Since its inception, Gemini has managed to assist its clients to close transactions worth more than EGP 1.20 billion and is expecting to more than double this value in the upcoming period.
